Services

Lighting Utility

All lighting utility personnel have general experience of lighting cables and fixtures. They perform duties such as of building truss, hanging lights and assisting with focusing the lights.

Audio Utility

All audio utility personnel have general experience of audio.  They assist with hanging PA's, setting up consoles, Microphones, running cables and assist with all other general audio needs.

Video Utility

All video utility personnel have general experience of video, such as LED setups, projectors and projection screening. They also have knowledge in building scaffolding, setting up monitors.

Spot-Operator

All Spot operators are experienced and used primarily to operate a spotlight during events.

Camera Assist / Cable Page / Grip

Camera Assists are used to assist the camera operator.

Fork Lift / Gradall Operator

All Forklift operators are OSHA certified and have a minimum of 1 year experience.
Please specify which equipment you are using because not all Fork lift operators are certified for Gradall.

Camera Operators

All camera operators are experienced and they have an advanced knowledge of cameras and their operation. When requesting a camera operator, we will ask you to specify the type of camera to be used and the position of the camera. (i.e. long lens, hand held, dolly/wheels)

A-2 / Audio Assist

All Audio Assist have knowledge and experience with a variety of audio systems. This position includes tasks such as; set up microphones and sound systems, hang PAs properly, assisting the audio engineer during setup, show, and load out, and any other tasks related to audio.

V-2 / Video Assist

All video assist have knowledge and experience in setting up video equipment such as; monitors, projectors, screens, cameras, LEDs, and any other video equipment. V2's are used in assisting the video engineer during set up, events and strike.

L-2 / Lighting Assist

All lighting assist have knowledge and experience in lighting. They are used in assisting the lighting director. They can hang/focus lights and read lighting plots. They can also assist in making any needed changes or modifications to the lighting rig.

A-1 / Audio Engineer

All audio Engineers have advanced knowledge and experience of audio systems and are used to lead and direct the audio department. Audio Engineers can successfully run the Front Of House (FOH) consuls and are knowledgeable of all audio equipment being used. This engineer is used to set up, tune and mix live sound during an event. When requesting an A-1,

V-1 / Video Engineer

All video engineers have advanced knowledge and experience with video systems. They are used to set up and lead the video department with all aspects of an event, including operating video equipment and switching during the show.

L-1 / Lighting Engineer

All lighting directors have advanced knowledge and experience in lighting. They know how to operate and program lighting boards, and set up the lighting rig. They can also offer creative ideas for a unique look to the event.

NOTE: When requesting a lighting Engineer, please specify prior to the show the number of fixtures, make of lighting console, and type of moving lights that will be used.

Climbers

Climbers are experienced in climbing high structures with ropes and harnesses for the purpose of building a stage roof and working on any aerial projects.

Multi-Source Utility

This position has general experience of all aspects of setting up and tearing down of events.

Carpenters:  Carpenters are very knowledgeable in building sets and stages.  They have the appropriate skills to put together hardwood sets, scenic and assist with any modifications that may be needed.

Truck Loaders:  Load and unload trucks.

Crew Chief / Lead

All Leads are highly experienced stagehands that manage the crew.  They have an overall knowledge of all aspects of stagehand positions from audio, video, lighting and carpentry.  Leads assist the client in running the crew and address any issue or problems that may arise with the stagehands.  They keep track of all hours, call breaks and make any adjustments to the crew based on the client's needs.
